First, put it into a new folder by right clicking in the downloads files or on your desktop. Proceed to drag the file into the folder. You need to have Winrar/Winzip, and one you have that, right click on the file. Once you've right-clicked on the zip file, press the option "Extract Here". Now it should be extracted and you can proceed to open the EXE file.
